and easily access the services and supports they need, and will have strong relationships with caring
adults who support them. Systems, organizations, and service providers will be accountable to young
people, families, and the community, and be aware of, and responsive to, their diverse social,
linguistic, and cultural strengths and needs. Person-centred, trauma-informed, anti-racist and
culturally appropriate services for young people will be readily available and easily accessible.
Provincially and locally, youth engagement and perspectives will govern policy and decision making in
areas that impact the lives of young people.
